Peter Dart is a global marketing professional with many years of experience. After graduating from Oxford University in 1975, Peter began at Unilever working across Europe and Asia, becoming the youngest Marketing Director aged 29. He then founded Added Value in 1988 in the UK, the first ever ‘marketing agency’, which grew to over 300 people before being acquired by Tempus in 1999, with Tempus subsequently being bought by WPP. Working for Sir Martin Sorrell and then Mark Read, Peter then led the global WPP Unilever account for 20 years, also advising several other clients and agencies, such as Smollan where he was Board member for 10 years. Since 2020, Peter has served as Chief Growth Officer for Upfield/Violife, reporting to the Group CEO, David Haines.
Peter has also gained significant experience across the not-for-profit sector, having advised on strategy and brand campaigns for over 50 organisations including the Mandela Trust, the Royal Foundation, Invictus Games, United for Wildlife, Rhodes Trust and Elton John AIDS Foundation. His current roles include: Royal Choral Society (Chairman), Royal College of Music (Member of Council), Academy of St Martin in the Fields (International Board). Past roles have included the Princes Foundation (Trustee), the British Museum (Chairman of Marketing Advisory Group), VOCES8 (Chairman) and Westminster Grey Coat Foundation (Trustee).
Athanasia Mamakou is a qualified Senior Designer with nearly 15 years of experience in in-house positions, design agencies, and freelancing. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Athens University of Applied Sciences. Throughout her career, Athanasia has developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling, specializing in branding, print, and digital media.
Athanasia's journey in design has involved projects for a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, across various industries. Her work is characterised by a blend of creativity and problem-solving, ensuring that each project not only looks great but also meets business objectives. She is known for her ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling designs that resonate with audiences.

Thania Drakopoulou is a global marketing professional with a wealth of experience in brand management and corporate communications. After earning her BA in Business Management from Reading University and her MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, Thania launched her marketing career.
She began as a Group Brand Manager at ELGEKA Group of Companies, where she developed successful marketing strategies for brands like Ferrero, Bonne Maman, McVities and Weetabix. In 2013, Thania joined ARIVIA S.A. as a Marketing Manager, where she built strategic relationships, managed marketing budgets, and measured campaign performance. Following Upfield’s acquisition of ARIVIA, she became the Global Marketing Manager for Violife, ARIVIA’s renowned vegan cheese brand. Thania has been pivotal in launching impactful campaigns such as "Just the Way You Like It" and "Change Your Cheese," which encourage consumers to switch from dairy to vegan cheese to benefit the environment. Thania's strategic marketing and brand development expertise have significantly boosted the growth and visibility of the brands she has worked with, establishing her as a leading figure in the marketing industry.
Zoya Kougioumtzi is a digital marketer with extensive experience across industries such as insurance, food, and advertising. She holds a strong background in creating impactful digital strategies and leading projects that drive measurable business growth.
Throughout her career, Zoya has specialized in website development, SEO, SEM, content strategy, and social media, delivering innovative solutions that combine creativity with a data-driven approach. Her work is defined by a passion for thoughtful design, seamless user experiences, and strategic digital planning that aligns with business objectives.

Charlie Dart is a recent Graduate of B.A. Management and Spanish from UCL (Double First Class), where he ranked top of his cohort and served as Student President & Member of Advisory Committee at the School of European Languages. Charlie studied strategy and marketing under Dr Rikke Duus and contributed to her research featured in journals from Harvard Business School. In his final year, Charlie was elected as Arete Research Fellow by the London School of Economics (LSE) to contribute to student research in policy and effective altruism. Most recently Charlie completed a summer internship at Barclays in their Global Headquarters (Canary Wharf) where he supported banking for high-growth enterprise.
